Whitespace Coaching in collaboration with Reciprocal Minds have through their experience and research developed a model and method of coaching at depth, which promotes mental and emotional health, well being and adaptability.
We offer an Introductory Coaching Skills Training Programme, an Accredited Coaching Skills Training Programme and bespoke training for Internal Organisational Coaches.
This comprehensive coaching training promotes leadership, adaptability and resilience in organisations and with their stakeholders.
This coaching approach increases engagement and helps individuals develop self efficacy, which in turn means people feel empowered, have more confidence and less resources are needed to sustain and improve services and performance.
This training provides the knowledge, skills and qualities a coaching approach brings to Leadership, Management, in relationship development with team members and empowering individuals (e.g. people living with chronic or life limiting health conditions) to explore the challenges, develop options that enable them to continue at and return to a compassionate workplace.
A Coaching Approach provides an effective, compassionate intervention to enable patients and carers needs and choices to be explored.

Our Salutogenic Coaching Skills Training aligns with the Association’s Global Code of Ethics.
As part of the 40 hour Accredited Certificate course, participants will be given Student membership of the AC. Upon successful completion of this course, graduates can apply for membership of the AC, subject to fulfilling the
AC’s Criteria for membership.
