Our inaugural Salutogenic Coaching Training took place this winter with Leaders from the Fountain Cancer Care Centre in the Royal Surrey Hospital in Guildford.
The participants discovered the benefits of developing the different Salutogenic Coaching approach to Leadership, in interactions with team members, peers, patients (and in their personal lives), which they expressed will be of value to them in those relationships and in ways to lead their teams and manage pressure and stressful situations, while noticing and enhancing their own health and well-being.
Their feedback was extremely positive (the scores couldn’t have been better!) and you can read some of the comments on the Salutogenic Training page of this website.
We thank them all for their time, engagement and positivity as they were challenged to work in different ways.
